Stefanie & Todd were married last Saturday at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, followed by a gorgeous Marriott at the Shops at Legacy reception. Their day was one of the smoothest & most seemingly-effortless we’ve ever been a part of. Stefanie & Todd did exactly what we recommend to ALL of our couples… hire people you trust, and then let them do what you paid them to do. I know a ton of work went into making this event so seamless (not least of which by our coordinator, megBdesign), and it was so appreciated by our happy bride & groom.

The purple & gray palette of the day really popped against the sunshine & blue skies, and the gorgeous Faith Chapel at Prestonwood. We really love shooting at this church… there’s so many gorgeous places for portraits & details, and the chapel is just breathtaking.

The florals were stunningly executed by Magic Moments Events… we especially loved all the lavender!

I would obviously prefer it if there were never any smart phones in my way during a bride’s grand entrance, but this one didn’t turn out so bad. 🙂

We had plenty of time at the Shops of Legacy to capture a few more bride & groom portraits of the happy couple. I love how lush & green everything is right now… almost like a second springtime!

Dramatic lighting & killer table arrangements made the Marriott ballroom a show-stopper!

In addition to that fun purple up-lighting, DJ Bill Cody spun fantastic tunes and kept the dance floor hoppin’ all night long!

Private last dances are almost always my favorite moment of a day, and this one was no exception…
