We photographed Kelsey’s bridal portraits a few months ago at a historic library in Waxahachie. Well… in a historic library with a beautiful theater, and also in a random field next to a Mexican restaurant. See, when Mack and I catch a glimpse of amazing light, it doesn’t really matter where it is, we’ll go after it. I’m so glad Kelsey & her mom were ok with following us out of town and tromping past a commercial dumpster to get to “the spot”, and even more glad they agree it was totally worth it.
Here are just a few of our favorites from this beautiful session!
How’s that for some old Hollywood-style gorgeousness? BAM!
Kelsey’s veil is a family heirloom, and I’m kind of obsessed with the vintage look of these next few images…
There is NO substitute for real live sun. None.
You’re so beautiful, girlfriend. Blogstalkers, just wait ’til you see the WEDDING!!
I can’t decide if I like the ones in the theater, or the random field more! Really, really, really love that last shot though! Twirlin’ girls are happy girls 🙂
SO beautiful!!!!!!!! And real, beautiful sunlight always wins!!! Love this bridal session and she’s gorgeous!
AWE! I love these!! They remind me SO much of my own bridal portraits. Love, love, love!
