Welcome back! Today, we’re finishing up sharing our favorites from Leslie & Garrett’s wedding in College Station. This gorgeous couple was married at St. Joseph’s Church in Bryan, and their reception was held at the Brazos County Expo Center. While both of those places were lovely for their intended purpose, neither held much in the way of options for easy natural group portraits. So right now, before I start showing off some of the prettiest images we captured last weekend, I have to give a HUGE shout out to Leslie’s sister, Kelsey! This on-the-ball Maid of Honor secured permission to shoot our portraits at a beautiful little farm not far from the reception venue, and everything worked out just perfectly. Thanks so much for all your help, Kelsey!
Leslie & Garrett and McG got to the location before all the wedding party made it, so we used that time to grab a few portraits of the just-married’s . Enjoy all our favorites!
Leslie is so tiny, especially compared to her tall strapping husband, but they fit together perfectly…
With seating and dinner for 400, this reception space had to hold quite the crowd! Leslie’s chosen palette of soft blues & pinks did a great job dressing up the space.
Wade Bowen’s “Who I Am” never fails to get me choked up for a First Dance. Guess there’s a country girl in me somewhere! 😉
Congratulations, lovebirds! We had such a blast with you throughout this journey, and we know you’re having an incredible time in Jamaica celebrating the start of your new adventure. We wish you all the best in the years to come!
Blogstalkers, would you even believe it? We don’t have a wedding this weekend! We’re pretty excited about the little break. But don’t think for a second that no wedding = boring Monday here on the blog. Oh no. If you follow us on Facebook, you know that the most epic engagement session we’ve ever shot is scheduled to make it’s big debut here on Monday, and believe me, you don’t want to miss it!!
I love the group shot with the kiss. It’s gorgeous! Great pictures.
Looks like a fun reception! Great portraits!
These group shots are fantastic! I love the layering & pairing. The shots of Leslie & Garrett close together are so romantic and intimate. Very well captured. I love the framing in front of the farm implement (?), too!! Fun reception FTW!
Where are the rest of the comments people? These are wonderful! I can tell your style is still growing and changing and yet always true to who you are. This wedding was so gorgeous!
I love this wedding…it is so sweet and beautiful! The Bride and her girls are my favorite! So beautiful! Her bouquet is seriously to-die-for!!
