So many sessions lately where we’re running from rain, or watching the weather wondering if we have to reschedule… in that regard, Emily & Rich’s session was such a relief. There was nothing but blue skies & sunshine overhead in Hico last week, and even with higher-than-expected temperatures, it was easy for us to just relax & do what we do.

A couple times a year, a client is looking for exactly what Hico has, and I always love going out there. It’s such a sleepy little town, and it always feels completely deserted, even toward quittin’ time on a weeknight. I’m sure that’s not great for the local economy, but it works juuuust fine for a couple of intrepid photographers & an engaged couple! 🙂
