Claire & Jeff’s wedding last Saturday was a classy brunch affair at the Warwick Melrose Hotel and Oak Lawn United Methodist Church. Gold, Gray, and white was the palette of the day… a gorgeous winter color scheme that flowed beautifully through their historic venues. Claire’s son Caleb played a huge part in their special day, and in fact, kept calling it, “Our Wedding”. That warmed our hearts, because our son Jack did the same thing when we got married! 🙂
We arrived in Claire’s bridal suite bright & early on Saturday morning, but everyone was buzzing with happy energy… they must have had coffee delivery. 🙂
Caleb was all smiles after his chocolate milk & donuts… I gotta say, I was jealous! 🙂
A crazy cold wind blew in Saturday afternoon, so I was glad Claire & Jeff’s First Sight was early enough to miss the blustery weather. Such a lovely emotional moment for the Bride & Groom…
We always love working with DiFiori, and this stunning winter bouquet didn’t disappoint. Katie did a fantastic job on all the florals for this event!
Oh lordy how I love a fur wrap for a winter bride… perfection!
Time to get married!!
Mr. & Mrs. Thompson walked back the aisle to a joyful tune from “Charlie Brown Christmas”. Best recessional EVER!
Yummy cocoa mix favors… you’d better believe one came home with McG. 🙂
Claire surprised her new husband with the song for the Private Last Dance… another very emotional moment that we know they’ll cherish always.
Congratulations, Jeff & Claire! We hope your honeymoon has been fantastic, and that your first Married Christmas is one full of celebration and rest. 🙂

As a Melrose bride, I was excited to see this one! Beautiful!
