We photographed Lauren’s bridal session on a beautiful sunny day a few months ago, at the Aldredge House in Dallas. This venue was a stunning backdrop for Lauren, who exudes such a gorgeous vintage air about her. And I don’t mean “vintage” as in “1960s”, either. I mean vintage, like, 1890s. She’s a Gibson Girl, as classic victorian beauty… in short, she’s SUCH fun to photograph. We’re just in love with these portraits, and we’re so glad to get to share them finally!
Favorite! Twirling brides are the HAPPIEST.
Congratulations, sweet girl! I don’t know how it’s possible, but you were even MORE beautiful on your wedding day. 🙂
Gah! She’s gorgeous!! I love the ones with the red couch and the two picked for canvases! She’s just so beautiful! You’re right Chelsea, she does have that vintage, Gibson Girl, look to her! I love that description! I’m going to start calling her Gib!
Aw! Look how warm it was! 🙂
Loved that location. It was absolutely perfect, and you and Mack used it so well! I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I saw this post… I forgot that you post bridals after the sneak peek! I pulled up your blog and exclaimed, “Oh! It’s me!” Lol
That’s my gorgeous wife! Thank you guys for all the different sessions you have done for/with us, always a wonderful experience and such phenomenal artists! The wedding was a blast and we can’t wait to see the many more moments I know you captured.
***BT-Dub: Before we started dating, when I used to talk about Lauren with my groomsman Jason (all three of us work at the same place), my code name for Lauren was 1800’s 🙂
OMG! Aaron, I forgot about your nickname for Lauren!! How Funny!!
GAH! Lauren, you’re dress is AWESOME! LOVE! Where did you find it?!?!? So pretty!
Thanks Heather! It’s a dress by Anne Barge called Delphine. Neiman Marcus had a trunk show with her dresses earlier this year, so that’s where I got it 🙂
Love the photo of her twirling! Gorgeous!!! The last photo is also a favorite.
So beautiful! So many beyond great shots!
