Looking outside at North Texas today makes me even MORE grateful for the weather we had in Wimberley last weekend. It was warm and partly cloudy and gorgeous, with a sunset to write home about. Today?? Sleet & frigid temps. I’ve got all my fingers & toes crossed for safe weather tomorrow as we drive to our sure-to-be-amazing Winter Wonderland wedding in Irving!
But back to Paige & Dan… you already know this day was gorgeous. Well, you do if you checked the blog yesterday and saw Part 1 of our favorites. 🙂 Today, we’re picking up just minutes after the bride & groom’s “I Do’s”, when the sun started shining on a hill that we just HAD to run and shoot on. Enjoy lots of pretty… and stay warm!
I absolutely loved Paige’s braided wedding ‘do… perfect for an intimate country affair!
Ugh. This silhouette. KILL ME. Mack really knocked this out of the park, while I was shooting the wider shot beneath this one…
A private hay ride to their reception. 🙂
We actually met Paige & Dan when we photographed the bride’s sister’s wedding in 2012, and we were SO looking forward to seeing their whole family again. These girls have the SWEETEST parents, and their dad’s toast had me tearing up.
Those lights!!! Perfect background for a First Dance.
Bailey & Keith got to lead the Grand March! So fun to capture McG wedding alums having a blast at another event. 🙂
And finally, the bride & groom stole some quite time outside by the fire, while the party raged on behind them. A PERFECT way to end a busy day together!
Congratulations, Paige & Dan. You’ve been so fun to work with, and we’ve absolutely loved the time we’ve gotten to spend with you. We wish your precious family a lifetime of happiness together!!
GAH, that first shot is just stunning. In love with her dress!
I am in LOVE with the last picture by the fire!! I would have that BIG somewhere in my house!
I got to spend the snow day yesterday looking at your beautiful pictures. Once again, you rock. Thanks for capturing our happy day.
