Welcome back! Today, we’re sharing Part 2 of Matt & Sophie’s wedding day. If you didn’t see yesterday’s post with all our favorites from their First Sight & ceremony at White’s Chapel, you should definitely click here and catch up on the prettiness! 🙂

For the reception, we moved over to Delaney Vineyards in Grapevine. We were met there by Jennifer with Altar Ego Weddings, who’s always a complete blast to work with… I know an event is going to run smoothly with Jen at the helm. 🙂 Add to that the fact that we got to work with our buddies from Splendor Films, and Ed Petty with LeForce Entertainment was running the dance party, and… well, it was just kind of a perfect storm of vendor awesomesauce.

We’ve been working with Sophie’s family since the fall of 2011, and I’ve got to say… I’m really bummed that they’re out of daughters now. We adore capturing this family’s special moments. Hopefully with babies in the future and lots of single friends, we’ll still get to celebrate with them every so often in the future! 🙂

But enough yammering… let’s get to the good stuff!

The reception was so perfectly styled… soft & feminine, just what this classic bride was looking for!

The toasts were a fantastic part of the night, as friends & family told wonderful stories about Sophie’s childhood competitiveness, Matt’s “unique” fashion sense on & off the baseball field, and great advice for this couple’s future together!

It was everything I could do not to steal these sequined table cloths and take them home with me. PERFECTION.

Yep… this would be older sister Hannah doing the pregnant version of “I’m Sexy and I Know It!” 🙂

Sophie & Matt, thank you SO much for choosing us to capture this wonderful time of your lives. We know that wherever the Lord and MLB lead you, you’re going to continue kicking butt & taking names… together. 🙂
