We spent the first part of this week in Northern Ohio, and hey… did you guys know it’s cold up there? Like, COLD cold?? Like, we were LUCKY that we just missed the storm that brought wind chills of -30 degrees, and we only dealt with standard northern snow & ice? Guys. It’s cold in Ohio.

Luckily, it’s also fun, because fun is where friends are. We had a great time working with Brittany Gibbons on some projects, and made sure we squeezed in time for a family session. It wasn’t a long one (because again, COLD), but it was way overdue, as this family hasn’t had portraits taken since before 5-year-old Gigi was born. And with a group of people this great looking, that’s even MORE of a crime!

We absolutely adored the time we got to spend with these awesome people, and can’t wait to do it again… but next time, I’ll request that it not be in January. 😉

I asked when the last time Brittany & Andy had romantic portraits done, and the answer was, “Um….”. And that’s just too long. So an extra 5 minutes standing in the snow was totally worth it.

Thank you for your hospitality, faith in us, friendship, and amazing taste in movies. 😉 We’ll do it again soon!
