Before we headed out for a week on the road, we had time to squeeze in a quick family portrait session! The original date for this session was rained out, so I was really glad we were able to get it rescheduled before sweet Riley had her first birthday. Even though little miss was seriously not feelin’ a portrait session on this day, we all managed to work together to keep her distracted enough to capture some beautiful portraits of this wonderful season in their lives. No matter what their mood on any given day, one year olds are just FUN! 🙂

Since Chelsea is one of my favorite blogstalkers, I am so pumped to see that another Chelsea (and Mack–and we’re just a little fond of YOUR family, too!) took such wonderful photos of this great family.
