Before the arctic cold front blew through, we had a couple unseasonably warm weeks in this Texas autumn! Regardless of temperature, the LIGHT in the fall in this part of our state is just incredible. I never get tired of shooting the way late afternoon sunlight filters down through changing leaves!

We’ll be photographing Chelsea & Aaron’s wedding in Las Vegas in the spring, and we met up with them last week for an engagement session at the N at Hard Way Ranch. It was definitely one of those “pretty light” evenings… if we hadn’t promised Aaron the session would be short & sweet, I could have kept shooting until it was absolutely dark! 🙂
