Keid & Aimee became Mr. & Mrs. Williams this past Saturday at the Brooks at Weatherford. The weather was ridiculous… like, in the best way. Blue skies, a slight breeze, birds singing, the creek rushing. If a Disney princess got married in an open air chapel in the country, it would look just like this.
We’re in full tilt wedding mode here now, and maybe that’s why I couldn’t narrow down their collection to a… ahem… reasonable amount of images. Actually, ya know, whatever. If you’ve been reading our blog for any time at all really, you know I just suck at narrowing down images. If there’s some magic number I’m supposed to be hitting, I just don’t. And that’s ok. I’m willing to bet that our couples are thrilled that I’m an over-sharer. 😉
On that note, check out a LOT of our favorites…
Keid couldn’t stop smiling, pretty much all day. Before he saw his bride, he was BEAMING with excitement because he was going to see her. When he saw her, his face about split in half with the biggest smile I’ve ever seen. And for the rest of the night, he carried that look on his face. That look that says, “I’m the luckiest man in the world, and I’m so in love with her I can hardly stand it.”
Not only was this a gorgeous group of bridesmaids, but they were SO NICE. They were the epitome of what I wish for all our brides… sweet, loving friends who know it’s not about them, it’s about YOU, and they want to do whatever they can to make sure your day is perfect.
Have I mentioned that we love The Brooks at Weatherford? Because we do. We really really do.
The newlyweds walked to this beautiful little spot on a stone bridge, and soaked up that “just married” feeling. Nothing better.
This was yet another wedding where we thanked every single star for HeidiBeth Ramirez, of Something Blue Weddings. She’s an absolutely flawless designer & coordinator, and we have NEVER had a wedding with HB that wasn’t run like clockwork. She built in so much time for us to shoot Aimee & Keid while the guests enjoyed cocktails, and the whole day ran so smoothly.
Basically, we love you HB. Don’t ever leave us.
And the design inside? SWOON.
Keid’s best friend is serving in the military and was unable to make it to the wedding. But he recorded this video as a surprise for the couple, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Really. There’s mascara on the back of my camera.
And then… dance party. Like whoa.
We snuck the bride & groom outside for a few minutes to catch the blue sky before it faded into black. And have I mentioned yet that I’m obsessed with Aimee’s party dress? She was beautiful and bridal AND comfortable, and tackled the dance floor like a pro.
Flower girls rolling down a grassy hill… in their dresses… shhhhhh, don’t tell mom.
Nothing like partying so hard you lose a shoe.
Congratulations, you crazy kids. We’ve had an absolute blast with y’all every step of the way, and we can’t wait to see where you go from here. Thank you for letting us be a part of your walk to Forever!
So glad I got to be a part of your amazing day thru pics that KC shared with me. God Bless…
